Please note that access to the Welldoc App is exclusive through your health plan, health system, or employer.

The Welldoc App provides several benefits to aid in the management of your health:

The Welldoc App is not intended to substitute the care provided by licensed healthcare professionals including prescribing medications, diagnosing conditions, or administering treatments. It's advisable to seek counsel from a licensed healthcare provider before making any medical decisions.

The Welldoc® App encompasses both Welldoc Diabetes and Welldoc Diabetes Rx. These applications are classified as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) designed for use by healthcare providers (HCPs) and their patients aged 18 years and older who are managing type 1 or type 2 diabetes. They are intended to support patients in managing their diabetes under the guidance of their healthcare providers. Please note that a prescription is required for using Welldoc Diabetes Rx. Patients with gestational diabetes or those using an insulin pump should avoid using Welldoc Diabetes and Welldoc Diabetes Rx to prevent potentially unsafe recommendations that may lead to hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia.
